You may have noticed that the website has been down periodically the past week. This was due to a faulty hard disk drive in our server which Eric has replaced. The problem has been resolved and we do not anticipate any further downtime in the near future.

Apologies for the continuing downtime on the site. The server was physically moved (but otherwise unchanged) and as a result is having occasional seizures. There may me more downtime as I attempt to isolate the problem.

I wanted to give y'all an update and mention something regarding the list of 'Sponsors' on the left side of the page.
1) In order for HeatWare to benefit from referrals, you must actually order an item by clicking through one of the links.
2) I found out from one or two users that HeatWare is NOT being credited for the referral even though they ordered an item. This is because you may have at some point in the past clicked on a link to the store from a site like FatWallet.com and a cookie is stored on your system so they get the credit for all future orders. If you would like to support Heatware, I advise that you clear your cookies before clicking-through the link.
3) Since adding the list of Sponosors, HeatWare has collected 21 cents in referrals.
4) Please email support after you have placed an order through one of these links and so I can double-check that Heatware is getting credited for it.
Thanks

As you all know, HeatWare is a 100% free website and we have not been putting giant banners all across the website to make money like other sites. For years (almost 10 to be exact), HeatWare.com has been running off of personal funds and some donations, but as the site grows so do our expenses. We do not feel right taking donations from users, but we do ask that you check our list of sponsors before making online purchases. To help support HeatWare, please click through one of our sponsors links before placing an order. Note: We do not get any referral fees for just clicks, products must be purchased. Thanks for the support!
