Great communication and prompt shipping. When the setup got to me a capacitor was broken off the board. Syn offered to refund the entire amount, but I settled for 60% as his shipping wasn't cheap and I kept the CPU's. I both thought this was fair and he sent me the partial refund I asked for. Pual is a great guy. Once we agreed on the terms, we both cross-shipped. I sent my cashier's check, and he sent the card. I got the card 2 days later, and he got the check 3 days later. He also gave me a link with the latest drivers, and included the games that comes with the card. Execellent email commuication.
