Can't thank this guy enough, but the very least I can do is leave a heatware evaluation here. Long-story short, I needed a sound card in a hurry for a computer I was putting together for a relative and was short on funds. Shimsham here took great pity upon me ;), and not only answered my request for help...but did so with as much professionalism and timeliness as you'd think a great trader would do with a very large/important transaction. Which makes me wonder, if he's this friendly and professional when mailing off something and he's the one doing ME the favor...how could you ever go wrong with the guy in actually putting together a deal with him??? Didn't have funds in paypal at the time Mike had this for sale, so Mike agreed to hold this for me in lieu of sending him a paypal echeck. I thought this was a very nice gesture on his part. It took a few days for Mike to locate a suitable shipping box after the echeck had cleared, but as I indicated to him, I was in no rush at all. Item was well packaged. Unfortunately, the wheel was missing the power adaptor necessary to power the force feedback capabilities of the wheel. Mike did his best to locate a suitable replacement, but ultimately, was unsuccessful. Still, a very nice individual to deal with...and once I am able to track down a suitable replacement power adaptor myself, I will be 100% pleased with this purchase.
