Communication was great and shipping was fast. Unfortunately when the drive arrived it wasn't working, but I emailed Ben and he setup the RMA replacement with the OEM. I received a new drive a few days later and sent the defective drive back to the OEM. Even with the bad hard drive this deal was far smoother than other less complicated deals that I have done. That's what great traders do and I guess that's why Ben is one of them. CrashX is a great guy to deal with.

This deal was really drawn out thanks to UPS but the package was finally delivered 14 days after shipping UPS ground. Although the deal took nearly a month from start to finish, Janick was patient through out the whole ordeal and we both learned alot about international shipping. ;)
