  • Sold him an Asus CUSL2 board

oo_phenozine_oo was the Buyer on June 1, 2003 TechIMO

I shipped first thinking that he would pay me immediately since I had dealt with phenozine before. But he refused to pay me and refused to ship my board back to me even though he claimed it to not be working (I tested it to be FULLY WORKING prior to shipping). Eventually after 5 MONTHS I had to involve nitro237 from Trollhunters.com to convince phenozine that trolling is ILLEGAL. In the end, I got back the board but phenozine shipped it C.O.D. so I had to incure another $25. What a waste of my time and money.
STAY AWAY, DO NOT TRADE WITH HIM!!

  • i made a deal with a member of the forum "phenozine" , we traded a couple items that go as follows me to him KYRO II video card ECS p6vap-me Thermosonic cooler pc 150 cas 2 low density 256mb sdram him to me Linksys router hp motherboard intel p3 933 intel p3 1.13 cpu cooler i sent first and sent all but the motherboard and told him to hold back the router, I held back the board because I was getting a brand new oem ecs P6VAP-A+ and i asked him if he would like that board instead to sweeten up the deal on his end. he agreed the p6vap-a+ would be a much better deal. we both sent, I sent first. he decided not to hold back the router on his own. I received the following items in the following condition router = untested , didnt send power cord motherboard = will not post with multiple chips and settings p3 1.13 = was told it was plugged into standard 370 mobo, so its most likely shot since its fcpga 2 p3 933 = tested good cpu cooler= good all of the items i sent him are good, the ram was confirmed goo from him, the video card he can not test because he does not have an agp slot i told him i wanted the power plug for the router, we made a deal for a hard drive in place of the motherboard, and I would pay express shipping both ways. he decided that he would throw in the ram i sent him because i will be paying over $50 in shipping. I would be shipping to him, his motherboard back the ecs P6VAP-ME and a money order to cover his shiping cost the ram I could care less about, the only thing i want is for him to ship first, i feel i was burned on the first deal, he feels he was burned because I am still holding the ecs motherboard, I am holding because I recieved bad items, and incomplete items. he feels i am wrong because he sent the router when I told him to hold it. now he will not ship, no matter what. i feel if i ship first i might recieve more bad parts or no parts at all. i dont know what to do about this deal. i will walk from it but i fear he will give me a bad name on the forum, and maybe other places. I am also willing to third party the stuff which he is not. i am willing to do just about anything except send first. Last night because he said he had no money i decided to help him out, i said I would send him back hiss broken motherboard, plus $25.00 to pay for all shipping cost back to me. then I would pay to have his stuff shipped back to him. all express mail so I would end up spending around $60 -$75 in shipping he declined

  • He was to trade with me 1GB of PC133 HP SDRAM for 3 sticks of 256MB PC133 SDRAM. He claimed that the ram was good and that it would only post 512mb on his motherboard because it's all that his motherboard can handle. But when I recieved the ram it would not post. The machine would not even boot up due to the failsafe. When he recieved my ram he complained that the ram didn't work. He complained that none of them worked when those sticks where freshly bought from the store and where backwards compatible. Therefore they would work on a motherboard that only ran on pc100. It was even tested and is now being used on a machine that holds up 3banks of pc133 sdram 256mb a piece. I was the one who sent first. When I sent the RAM it was in it's casing wrapped in an anti-static bag like I do to my merchendise, and put in a box with protective peanuts or styrofoam. Whe he delievered his RAM it was just put in an anti-statig back taped to a USPS envolope. Very poor packaging. When it was time us to send each other's hardware back. I straight out told him that he will have to ship out first, and by what date he would have to ship it. I think that it's fair because we live int he same state, and regular shipping will cost about five bucks with delivery confirmation, and would be delivered the next day even if it was a 2-3 day service. The Delivery Confirmation really made me unhappy when he told me not to purchase the service beacause it will "Delay" in him sending it to me, because he doesn't get the mail delievered to his home, so he has to "pick it up" I was smart, and still ordered it anyways, on both ocasions. He was being hessitant on delivering my ram back to me because "his son was sick". He also stated over the phone that he would cover all my shipping costs which came to $10, but only sent me a money order for $5. He still owes me $5. But I'm not going to worry about $5, the pr|c|{ isn't worth it, but I want everyone to know about this bad trader so that they won't go through what I and mypartsguy went through.

Hope mypartsguy gets refunded all shipping fees and gets all of his hardware back.

I hope he enjoys the $5 he owes me on a calling card so that he call a lawyer because I sure do home someone sues his @$$ and that he would rot in jail for all the people that he has/tried to screw over in the past.
