Communication was among the fastest I've experienced, shipping was actually within HOURS of sending payment... blazing fast.

The keyboard that was sent was NIB, but unfortunately did not function upon arrival... possibly sat too long in a closet somewhere! But, Lateralus was extremely accommodating and attempted to get the keyboard serviced, and upon denial provided a full refund. You can't prevent every issue, but in this case it was handled as best as possible without question.
