The packaging probably could have been slightly better (original ipod box sandwished in between some bubble wrap and then put in a priority mail envelope), but the item was not damaged, so I can\'t really complain. James had good communication and shipped the item promptly. Delivery confirmation didn\'t seem to work, but i was in no rush. the ipod works just as described and I have not found any issues.
