Very quick and easy transaction. Unfortunately the product arrived DOA after being pulled from a working machine. He was very willing to try several troubleshooting steps but after verification on another machine it was verified the card had an issue. I refunded the amount promptly and Howard is sending the card back to me.
I\'ll consider this a small sacrifice to the hardware gods and luckily Howard was understanding enough to not loose his cool. We both understood that many things can happend with the removal, packing, shipment, and installation or computer parts. Fortunately this was small ticket item to have break.
Excellent Seller and would recommend.
