The PO killed the first package, and the box was destroyed and nothing left in it. neutraleyes was not thrilled, but I was able to get him a second set out the next day, and we are still working on the claim with the PO. He is a very understanding guy, and even with the PO problems we were able to get to the point where we were both sastified. Great guy. Would deffinatly deal with again.
