I bought a Dell desktop recently but wasn't happy with the performance, so I contacted Joe to see if he could build me a better rig for about the same price. As usual, Joe stepped up to the plate in a big way. He had a great system quote ready for me within a day.

After some negotiation and part-swapping, we agreed on a deal. Rather than taking the restock fee on the Dell, I sent it to Joe to sell and/or use some of the parts in the new build. Due to some incompatibilities, Joe wasn't able to use any of the Dell parts (aside from the wireless card), but he still built me an awesome rig at a very reasonable price. With some tweaks and a little overclocking, I have a rig that blows the dell away. I'm very pleased.

Joe's rating speaks for itself. He goes above and beyond to do everything he can to make sure the transaction is smooth and pleasant. I won't be wasting my time with dell or other desktop manufacturers in the future. Joe's my guy!

Extremely smooth high-dollar (~$3000) transaction. We exchanged a few PMs on the Notebook Review forums, and then got on AIM to work out a deal. There was a certain amount of trust needed from both sides as I sent the laptop after he sent the cash portion only ($2000). He received the laptop, tested it, and promptly shipped the Dell notebook, software, and games. Everything was exactly in the condition described and communication was excellent throughout. This was one of the smoothest and easiest transactions I\'ve ever been a part of.

azncbr agreed to ship his laptop to me first, and agreed to send the additional cash when I sent him the tracking number for the Mac. I initially had some problems when I first got his machine, but it turned out that the memory just needed to be reseated. It\'s been a solid machine ever since, and azncbr provided great support over IM while I was having problems. The laptop has a small screen blemish that he claims he never noticed, but he sent a little extra money to make things right. A very honest and trustworthy trader here.
