On initial test, the Wii worked fine but the next day it would not eject the inserted disc. After a PM exchange, Josh ok\'ed me opening the Wii to discover the eject button became dislodged from the mainboard. We discussed the situation further via PM and he filed a UPS claim. After UPS picked up the Wii, he issued a refund. It was a slow process due to both of us being busy, and of course dealing with UPS but we got it settled.
