was going to buy a Linksys 54g PC card for my laptop

paid the man promptly and was told that item would be shipped in 24-48 hours (appx)

well a week later and no card.
so I ask to find out what\'s going on. Jonathan stated he gave it to his secretary to send out but apparently she never did.

so I asked that he go ahead and refund my cash as I needed it then and couldn\'t wait any longer. no problems there but by the time he got my message he had went ahead and sent the card as well.

so he tells me to keep my cash and the card for the trouble and hopes that all will work out great.

now granted this isn\'t per-se a full transaction but I felt Jonathan deserved a + heat for this as he showed true character and 100% professionalism in this situation.

I only wish more traders were like this. I\'m in the process of trying to sell the card myself and give him the money he should have.
