Besides, it'd save me from LOSING money because I'd have to pay to ship it back AND receive a refund that has the original shipping cost deducted from it. All in all a great trading experience - I would definitely not hesitate to deal with Alan again in the future.

This was the most trying transaction I've ever been involved with, and only because of FedEx Ground International! They lost the package, found it but shipped the wrong package with my label. We located my box with another company's shipping information and had FedEx intercept it and they shipped it to the correct address from the receiving terminal. However, through this timely process, Patrick was very patient and worked with me by providing information that I needed to make the transaction right. Thanks for being such a great trader -- I know this was a lot of frustration because of FedEx's mistakes, but all turned out well in the end. Thanks for having faith in me!
