John is one of the reasons why I love doing business on Anandtech. Bought the SCSI card and drive, somehow there was some confusion and miscommunication in the original FS post. I was expecting a 2940U2W, not a 2940UW. John immediately did everything possible to make this deal right. Ended up finding someone else in the FS forum with a 2940U2W. John sent a money order to the other party, other party sent me the 2940U2W, and I sent John the 2940UW and some cash to make up for the price difference. John went the extra mile to make this deal right and I greatly appreciate traders willing to do that. Great communication through the whole deal helped immensely. I would have no problem trading with John again, great trader in my book.
