Liteon CDRW/DVD COMBO DRIVE

well Will is another victim of my last Huge deal which i totally screwed up.

Will actually received a regular Liteon CDRW drive instead of the Liteon CDRW/DVD drive he paid for.

to make a long story less long, i got a deal on 10 of these drives. like an idiot i didn't closely inspect each drive i packed up.

well, 3 of the 10 drives ended up being regular CDRW drives. in my defense tho - they were pretty much indistinguishable other than one saying CDRW and the other saying CDRW/DVD - same color, size, graphics, etc.

no exuse tho, i should have checked each one twice and i didnt and therefore i had 3 unhappy buyers. actually, i had 0 unhappy buyers as everyone of them were wayyyy nicer, more patient, and understanding than i could ever had imagined them being given this situation.

not only did Will not make a big deal about this he actually told me to not rush (or kill myself as he puts it) trying to replace the drive. he was totally happy with just excepting something else from my list.

well, i can't express how much i appreciate guys like this but suffice it to say that i did everything i could and would have done even more if necessary to get him the item he had been expecting.

not once did he have an ill word for me - not one. the only thing i heard was don't put yourself out... don't kill yourself... don't go rushing around over this... don't worry about it... and on and on!

i really didnt deserve (check that) he didn't deserve me on this day as i totally screwed this up trying to do more than i was able to during the holidays no less.

you are one of the best truly one of the most patient and easy going people i've ever met and i am always grateful for how you dealt with this.
