The processor was not shipped in a timely manner and was not as described (luckily it was not a DOA). Because of the long delay, I requested for a refund (since I need cash or a processor right way). I paid him on the spot, while he took a week to ship the processor (a breach of written contract). When I tried to contact him he at first for a refund (after week 2 and still no package nor tracking numbers), he kept stalling to buy for more time. He never gave me my tracking numbers, another empty promise. I finally got the package after almost 3 weeks. I still contacted him for a refund, but he kept delaying and giving me unreasonable excuses. I ended up keep the process only because I was so tired of waiting for his response (sold it locally since I need cash to buy a new one). Of course, his response prior to payment was super fast.

In the end, I regret doing business with him. He wasted my time. I felt like he got a loan off of me without me knowing. I do not recommend this trader to anyone. I consulted with my traders on the forum; most have told me to leave me a negative. Since he is still new, I will give him a chance and leave him a neutral. I still think traders should seek business elsewhere.
