Thomas is a great person to deal with. I sold him my 6800GT since I was upgrading to a 7800GT. Shipped it out to him and he let me know he recieved. However, for some reason could not get the card to work in his setup. He tried everything I suggested and even tried it on another system. He suggested that I test it out again and if I could get it to work to refund him minus 15%. I recieved it and tested it, benchmarked it and got it running on my system. Posted pics and benchmark results for documentation. Thomas did not make a fuss out of it, he kept to his end of the agreement. Without a doubt, Thomas is a no hassle kind of trader, the best kind in my book. Great communication all around. Can\'t ask for more.
