After he sent payment, Chris requested a refund with the following email:
Unfortunately, I will not be able to continue with our transaction for the ati radeon card due to financial difficulties. I will have to ask you to cancel our deal and issue a refund via paypal for the amount of $135.
Refund was issued on 1/16/2001.
