Jeff is a nice guy to deal with. he's also very understanding. i had a few 18gb IBM hard drives that i was selling all around the same time, and Jeff's was to be the last one to go out. unfortunately, something came up and i couldn't ship right away. Jeff was totally understanding and said he could wait. because of which, i sent him a brand new, sealed drive as opposed to the used drive we originally agreed on. like i said before, Jeff's a great guy to deal with. no problems with whatsoever. i'd recommend him in a heartbeat!
