Attempted to purchase 1 gig of OCZ TCCD Memory.

Good communication at first...then dropped off to nothing. Finally told me that the package was being returned to him with a bad address. Asked for a refund which he said he'd give me later that week via paypal. Refund never came. Filed with paypal...and now they still have to wait for funds to show up to get my money back. Maybe this person is just slow..but it seems like i've been burned here. I've never had to give out a negative until now.

Traded him 512 PC2300 for 2x2700 512mb and 20 bucks
