Steve is a great guy to deal with. Absolutely one of the best trades I have done. He sent me the money up front, kept perfect communications and never got impatient.

Case arrived and somehow the I/O shield was missing, Steve didn't go ballistic like some would, he just politely asked me if I had forgot to include it.

Since I had not touched it I was baffled and told him so, he then proceeded to tear the box apart and found the shield lodged between some of the cardboard. Through it all he was polite and even tempered which shows an true professionalism to me.

I am looking forward to more trades with Steve!!!
