James is the definition of gracious.
This deal turned into a comedy of errors from the word go. From a missing movie in a case to my kids lifting a couple before I sent them out, it's been one catastrophe after another.
James handled it all with amazing patience and tolerance.
It could have turned ugly, but we laughed our way through it and the problems actually made it more fun.
With all the talk that goes on about being a good seller, it's sometimes missed that being a good buyer is just as important in making a deal go off.
James is definately that.
It's been a true pleasure, and one I won't soon forget.
