This is the weirdest eval I\'ve written to date.
BIX arrived damaged (mostly cosmetic) through no fault of the seller.
His response after I notified him was exceptionally professional and courteous and we worked out a resolution quickly.
Even though the merchandise was not as expected, Hyperasus\'s response went above and beyond the norm and I would rate him as the best trader I\'ve yet dealt with.
I hope to do business with him again ( and hope the ending is different for us both). Highly recommended.
