Bought a plain CD-Rom Drive (Black). Works at fine, packed nice, got a free floppy drive (no faceplate) as a bonus (just $1 extra shipping). Both drives seem to be fine.

Seller had good comunication when he wasn't able to get package out on the agreed shipping date. He offered to upgrade me to 'Priority' shipping. I refused because I wasn't in a hurry. Good communication + willingness to make right on errors = A+ trader in my book. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with again.

The laptop arrived with an LCD that wasn't working correctly, most likely due to shipping damage (box was torn and beat up). Joe was a real class act and agreed to a refund. I made sure that the laptop got to UPS' claims dept. to assist with getting his money back for the damage. I would definitely deal with him again. More traders need to be this thorough and courteous!
