Cross-shipped, when the card arrived the fan on the GPU had been rusted and one of the fins broken off. It did work without the fan, albeit too hot for stable 24/7 operation. He did refund enough $ to purchase a new HSF for it. To his credit he says it was a working pull from a dell months ago and had not touched it since.
