Michael replied to my PMs within 3-22 hours each time and was always apologetic for any delays--I don't expect everyone to be glued to their computer, but he seems to respect the fact that many AT'ers expect instantaneous responses. We agreed upon a price and he said he could ship Thursday at the earliest. It was no hurry for me, so I paid and asked him to let me know when it went out. He PM'ed me with a DC# once it went out on Friday. The hsf arrived very quickly despite the holiday during transit.

The VF700-AlCu was well packed and brand new as advertised. I wouldn?ÇÖt hesitate dealing with him again!

Jaim was very helpful throughout this transaction. He shipped when promised, although his wife accidentally sent the package via Parcel Post instead of Priority on December 14th (obviously a peak shipping season). Consequently, the package was delayed over two weeks and arrived Dec. 31 if I remember correctly. Jaim kindly refunded $10 and apologized for his wife\'s error.

The Q6600 was packaged safely and of course works perfectly. I will make one note, since I noticed several other traders had the same concern as I did: Jaim apparently logs onto AnandTech multiple times per day, but isn\'t really there. Do not worry, he will respond to your PMs/e-mails, just give him a day or two.

Overall, the transaction turned out fine. USPS is to be blamed for the delays, and I award Jaim\'s customer service. Thank you!

However, the card got damaged in the mail because it was poorly packed (not insured either). The RAM sinks and two electical parts had fallen off the GeForce 3. I soldered one of the parts back on (couldn't find the location of the other though). Luckily, the card is working as if nothing had happened!

mlip was sorry and is going to send me some free arctic silver to put the heatsinks back on. I chose not to send the card back since it's working fine.

He's a great seller, and I'm sure he will ship items safer from now on (I gave him some tips).
