He stated in the post that the psp had a known stuck pixel which was fine. I noticed that another existed and he had no problem fixing the situation right then and there without hesitation.

In my book, what distinguishes a good trader from a GREAT trader is the ability of one to back up his product when something unexpectedly happens.
