I don't always operate this way, but I had some older equipment scheibler4 needed, so I sent to him free of charge pending his testing of said equipment. Turned out the psu was weak and didn't hold up at the upper parameters of its specifications. He took this in stride, figured out the problem, and told me the psu was bad.
