Fast shipping and excellent packaging. There was a mixup with the hold-down - I had a special request and Limpid forgot to include it, he didn\'t have any more.

However, he was very courteous and honourable about it, it was obviously a genuine mistake, and in the end he refunded money so that I could get the correct hold-down from elsewhere.

I\'m impressed that Limpid did everything possible to resolve a trade gone wrong, and recommend him to others on that basis.
