about a month or two ago I bought an nv silencer off the forums before I realized that it would not work on my second card due to space limitations from my chassis and motherboard layout. I left it in the box and sold it to feartheterp(rabitskunk) for $13. Unfortunately when it arrived it was missing the backplate and therefore he said it was not usable. He handled it in a very professional way and contacted me about it before just going ahead and leaving negative heatware and calling me out as a cheat or something of that nature and the problem was dealt with in the form of a partial refund ( cost minus shipping and then just rounded it up to the nearest dollar ).

Im disappointed that the deal didnt work out in both of our favor, but I am glad to see that there is another person in the [H] comunity who acts with maturity and respect.

Very fast payment, quick replies, and a very professional manner throughout the deal. I would definitely deal with feartheterp again.

Excellent seller that I highly recommend. We went back and forth through quite a few emails until it was all finalized. We had origionally worked out a partial payment upfront with the rest of the money being made after the item arrived, but I decided at the last minute to just send him the full amount up front. I sent him over $1000 upfront and everything came through fine. As you can see by his heatware, he is an excellent seller. Very honest guy, was upfront and detailed about everything, item came exactly as described. He shipped it to my instructions and it arrived very well packed and got here in 3 days time. This time I was going to send him 6 stock intel heatsinks for just the cost of shipping, which came out to just under $10 in a flat-rate box. I said it was fine if he just sent an even $9 and he still went ahead and sent $15 to cover shipping, packaging materials, time, and just because he is a GREAT trader. He also sent me a 2GB micro-SD card to show his appreciation for all of the deals we have done.
