The cooling devices were presumably used, but believe me, you could not tell the difference. If the thermal paste hadn\'t been opened I would have assumed this product was opened, but never used. That\'s another member that keeps good track of all his stuff, unlike my boxes upon boxes of miscalanious\'s.
