When I got the board from George, I could not get it to boot to save my life. We talked over ICQ about possible problems, and I tried just about everything under the sun, but the poor thing was DOA :( He accepted this, and I sent the board back to him. George gave me the option of getting my $$ back, or wait for the RMA on the board, which was very high-class in my opinion. I just waited for the RMA, which he took care of completely, and had the replacement sent out as soon as possible.
This could have gone so many different ways, depending on the trader, but there were no problems with how he handeled the situation from my point of view. York1 is a man of integrity, and does just what he says. I would be more than willing to trade with him in the future.
