One of the ram sticks was bad, and superjew offered to compensate in many ways including RMAing to ZZF and overnighting it to me on arrival, covering my shipping costs, and buying me a brand new stick while I waited for the RMA, but we settled on a partial refund for the bad stick while it was being RMAd to Corsair and I\'d resubmit payment once it came back. I\'ve had previous deals with much higher heat traders that wouldn\'t have gone to such lengths to replace their defective items, and wouldn\'t hesitate to deal with superjew again.
