I sent money on July 26th, 2007 for a 30gb Zen Vision W. I was never told a ship date, and tried multiple times to contact seller. After 5 days, I get a message the Zen was shipped (voice to land line text message and PM), and should be here either August 3rd or 6th. When is did not arrive, I sent more messages via PM, email and phone. All unanswered until the 8th, when I receive a text message stating the seller had been out of town and left the package with a friend to ship, who of course did not ship it. So, seller tells me he will ship out and refund some money. It is now August 20th, and I have not received the item, any refund or reply. I\'ve essentially called daily since the 8th. Very poor seller.
