Sold me a HP omnibook 500 laptop.

I am giving the neutral because of what he sold me and not how he treated everything. He originally bought the laptop and did not spend any time messing with it and resold it advertised as he purchased it. It was advertised incorrectly and many of the drivers, etc. were non existent so some parts of the laptop did not work due to this. Matt responded right away and immediately agreed to refund all of my money and a little extra. I received the money refund in a timely fashion and then shipped the laptop out to another buyer who had contacted me about the laptop. I received compensation for shipping the laptop to the new buyer also. Matt also knows how to package I hope after I chewed him out about shipping the laptop. I explained what he should have done. Overall I believe Matt is a good trader at heart and he is just having a rough start in trading. He has learned his lessons and I would purchase again from him in the future.

Matt had this notebook for sale at an incredible price. He was very good at communicating and let me know that the laptop was at someone else\'s possesion at the time. We arranged it so that I\'d pay half of it up front and he\'d have the person ship it directly to me. I got the laptop from amdskip, and everything looks good. I\'d say Matt\'s off to a great start! will definitely trade with again.
