I bought a 500 GB Western Digital My Book Studio Edition from naevity. I\'ve had numerous problems with this purchase, but not because of the basic hardware, which was delivered as advertised after I paid for it. The external hard drive works well. But it was packed haphazardly, and half of the Firewire connector cables were missing. After numerous emails sent to the seller, this matter was never resolved, even though the seller said he would send the missing half of the cables, which are in two parts. He seems to travel a lot, but there is no excuse for repeatedly not answering emails. This happened over the course of several months.

I bought a Promise Ultra 100 card, paying by money order. Good communications, good packaging, good deal!

Let me say first that despite the Heat differences that I did not require Jonathan to ship first as his Beerology (28-0-0) was pretty good, and he came through with flying colors. This was a very good deal in all respects.
