I bought a M17X R2 from Danyune
Dyune was the Seller on February 6, 2014 HardForum
I would like to start this off by explaining why I am posting this evaluation so late.
I would have just left this alone, but recent previous feedback for a like item. The user had the same issue, so I felt this was just not a coincidence.
This sale happen exactly a month ago today, I am so late on the evaluation because I was giving time for Danyune to respond to my last message. Which hasn't happened and he hasn't logged in since, it's almost like he was avoiding me IMO.
Okay, so payment for the laptop was sent on the 7th of last month. Item was shipped out two to three days after payment and received about a week later. When the package arrived it was not packed very well, the laptop was thrown in some bubble wrap and the AC adapter and the manual where tossed into the box with some peanuts. It looked like it was rushed, after opening the package and powering on the laptop, it was making a weird grinding fan noise, which I assumed was from shipping In the poor packaging and not something that was pre existing unless he just left that out.
Second the description of the laptop before sale from him was "very good" and what I received was not that. He never mentioned the wear of the chassis lid or the chips/divots on the glass screen. Also I was told that there was a bag to be included, it was not... not that big of a deal but it could have been shipped in that and helped with the shipping issues.
I sent him a message regarding this iissues and told him that I was not happy with what I received, and was told he knew nothing of the chips or divots on the glass and that they were just small scratches that I was over exaggerating it, also said he never said there was a case included, the last message I sent included a quote from the PM thread Showing That He Did Say this, no response was received. The fan issue could be an easy fix and I was not to worried about that.
The purpose for buying this laptop was for school and I needed a laptop that could run all needed software, decently smooth. I had previously owned an R2, a month before this sale it was stolen from my car on campus, I was just trying to replace what I had.
I told him in the last message that was never responded to, that it was already to late for me to send the laptop back. The new semester had started and I didn't have the time to locate another R2, and make a deal. I told him that I would just keep it and I was hoping for a little bit of money back for the condition issues.
No response.
I feel like I have been reasonable and waited a decent amount of time. I do not take leaving negative feedback lightly.
Response from DyuneFirst off, I chose not to respond to him anymore because I offered a full refund if he sends the laptop back, but he decided not to do that.
One day, literally one day after I shipped the item, he submitted a paypal claim that I did not ship the said laptop. It showed up on tracking and he kept the dispute open only to never close it. He started making up excuses to try to get money and keep the laptop, just like the previous buyer.
I don't know why people like this guy try to do these simple scams. There is a reason I always will pay extra for Delivery Confirmation just incase there are bad apples like this guy.
He has never tried to resolve issues with me and kept saying "Oh but the laptop has this, and now this, and now this, oh and now this" and the trend continues, so I decided to just escalate the paypal claim with the tracking #, as well as a picture of the shipment receipt so I could get my money back. I obviously won the paypal dispute since this guy is an amateur scammer.March 7, 2014

I bought from him a Nexus 5, used, and was advertised as in "great" condition for $165 shipped.
Dyune was the Seller on July 20, 2015 HardForum
I paid the money on Sunday, and expected him to ship the item out on Monday. He shipped it nearly at the end of the day, so USPS would not pick it up until the next morning (Tuesday).
While the item was disappeared without tracking status updated (not his fault, but USPS), but I found it really annoying that he only used the First-class shipment for an expensive item, (to me, anything over $100 is expensive) even though the Priority Mail 2-days only cost exactly $6.35 (as I paid to send it back, the reason will be explained later on.)
So, the item was practically shipped out on Tuesday, and reached me on Sunday, while being told by him that the phone should have been delivered on Thursday or Friday at most.
Lets come to the next part: the phone condition.
He advertised it being in great condition; however, the phone has several scratch on the screen and many dings around the cover. I tried it and the touch functionality is kinda laggy, not as great as my wife's phone, which is also a Nexus 5. Touch is not responsive to be sum up. It worked well later and I could not reproduce it so I am not sure if it is the phone problem.
I asked to return for full refund, shipped it back right on Monday using Priority Mail 2-days using my own money.
I will leave the rating as neutral for now.July 28, 2015

Traded a 2g 8gb iPhone and some cash for a couple of Asus z71v laptops needing repairs.
Cross-traded on April 21, 2010 HardForum
We agreed to a cross ship trade and some cash from me to seal the deal. Worked like a charm as we both shipped the same day and both got our stuff the same day, then I paid the cash via Paypal when both he and I were satisfied with our trade items. Great guy to do a trade with. Looking forward to our next one already...thanks!

I traded Danyune $50 Amazon credit and $25 for a Corsair case and 1TB HDD
Cross-traded on January 26, 2016 HardForum
When the case arrived there was one broken leg, but this wasn't Danyune's fault. He helped me file a claim with FedEx, and later offered to pay the cost of the leg ($8). Danyune answered all my questions, was very helpful, and communication was excellent. I would definitely trade again. Thanks Daniel!
