I will start by saying that Ozarkboy lives in the next state over from me so I figured the package would only take a day or two to reach him. I figured wrong unfortunately. I have to travel a lot for work and did not even notice that it was not delivered on the scheduled date until he mentioned it a day after the delivery date had come and gone. somewhere along the way UPS managed to lose track of the package. after I filed a lost package claim they found it several days later several states away and finally got it delivered. Ozarkboy was a pleasure to deal without throughout the entire incident and was both patient and understanding with me from beginning to end.
