He made an extra effort--during the week between Christmas and New Year's--to send as quickly as possible, since the CPU is replacing a failing one. He had advertised that the CPU would come with a dual fan cooler. It came with a GlobalWin heatsink/dual-fan combo that is certainly better than anything generic. Major Kudos to carl! Have no hesitation dealing with this guy. He is top-drawer all the way.
