  • Sold him a Dell Studio laptop in as-is condition with stated flaws and problems on FS thread.

A15G was the Seller on August 31, 2012 AnandTech

Killster1 read and understood all of the issues and still complained about them when he received the laptop. He has very poor english and is very rude. Compared me to his 6 year old a lot and kept telling me "good luck in life hahaha". killster1 is very childish and I would stay away from him at all costs when selling items that are as-is. He left a negative feedback that makes no sense. He complained about my packaging, but yet the laptop made it to him just fine. I can't believe how easy it is for someone to leave another person a negative feedback without the other person being at fault.

Do you see sellers post " If you are picky, then it's not for you. " Well, killster1 here is one picky guy. Read and understood the flaws, yet act like he never knew about them when he received the laptop, simply just ridiculous.

He also stated he'd keep the laptop with the flaws during his first response, but after a day or two he said "he got annoyed of it, didn't like it" so he wanted to return it. Pretty much a "Bought it, didn't like it" type of deal, and I simply said no.

Avoid trading with killster1, or you could end up receiving a negative feedback due to his lack of common sense. I can't believe he'd ruin his reputation for not being able to read and understand the terms of my fs/ft thread.

    Response from killster1
He is just retaliating from my neg of course. He sold a laptop and said no issues. It arrived and made huge sound spike pop even with the volume turned off.

Seller listed laptop as is. But seller didn't use any packing on 3 of the sides and a crushed piece of cardboard on one side. The laptop arrived with only a few broken pieces off the side. The biggest problem with it is a audio POP that occurs every few mins during use (even with volume off). I informed seller of this and he didn't care instead he threaten to report me to mods because i said my son could have packed it better. Very dissatisfied. I'm not sure the rules on listing things as is and then purposely damaging them in shipment. With a little future care and communication skills this trader would be decent. I may not have best English but it doesn't change the facts. FACT, No real packing was used on 200$ laptop. Fact, no return offered and instead threaten to report me? FACT, i will not be purchasing anything else from him in future.

He is straight liar. He never listed that it makes popping sounds. He never listed there was broken peices in back and that he would be shipping it with no packing. I asked for refund first time i tested it for more than a few minutes. I actually speak better english than him but he focus's on english because he is in the DEAD WRONG. He is irrational and thinks if you sell a item as - is then u can send broken item or not use packing. Is using no packing a common sense issue because then he has 0 common sense. who would be happy with broken laptop that makes popping sounds with volume turned off

  • I sold him a one plus one back in february the 17th.. A month goes by, Squad sends me a message saying that he no longer wants the phone due to static issues on the speaker phone speaker, poor connection, and poor mic when phone is angled awkwardly on his cheek. Said his clients had trouble hearing him when he held the phone with cheek to shoulder. (well, no sh....) I told him no, then threatens me with a dispute via-paypal. I find myself in a corner so I offer him a partial refund, original amount - shipping cost and the screen protector he used. He agree's on $275 refund amount so I go ahead and proceed to ask him to send me the phone. Today, March 19th, 2015 I come home, open the box he sent the phone in to find a pair of his boxer, wrapped around the phone, and a worn out sock wrapped around the charger block. I would avoid trading with Squad at all cost.. He pretty much took my one plus for a one month test drive, decided he didn't like it so he nit-picked about it and demanded a refund. After being told no he threatened me with a dispute.. Again, do not deal with this guy.. You'll regret. See my thread here opened at hardforum.. The last post includes pictures of the disgusting skit this guy pulled off.. http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1855506

Don't trade with this guy. You'll regret. I know he will be leaving me a negative evaluation, but I have the proof to prove that this guy is a clown. I don't care for a perfect trading score, nor can it phase me. I want to let it be know that no one should trade with a person like this.. We individual work hard for our money, no one should have to go through what I did.. Simply save your money and avoid trading with Squad.

  • Sold him Klevv Cras DDR4 4x4GB, NIB.

A15G was the Seller on May 22, 2015 HardForum

Buyer had no heatware. Asked him if he was serious to send me a USPS money order. Within 2-3 days I receive the money order and I ship the ram. This guy was patient throughout the process and I can say he is very trustworthy. He was serious about buying the ram, and went the full 9 yards to buy the MO and wait. That to me is a SERIOUS buyer.

    +19186055175: Sold rig? 8:24 PM
Me: I still have it 8:24 PM
    Me: Interested? 8:30 PM
+19186055175: Well too much for me :/ 8:31 PM
    Me: Ok thanks 8:57 PM
Me: Have anything to trade? 8:58 PM
Me: how much cash do you have? 9:08 PM
+19186055175: I'll buy it without monitor, hard drive, front display, wireless card. $400. 9:41 PM
Me: i would need at least 525 for that 9:46 PM
+19186055175: Okay goood luck 9:46 PM
Me: Sorry, take it easy 9:47 PM
+19186055175: Was just saying, good luck on your sale. The CPU is bottlenecking the 580. 9:48 PM
Me: I can part it out and get 800 no problem, dont need any luck selling it, i just dont feel like selling it on ebay because they are terrible, will if i get bored though 9:49 PM
    +19186055175: Right. 9:50 PM
Me: feel free to use the search feature on www.ebay.com if you dont believe me. all you hvae to do is copy paste each item. 9:53 PM
+19186055175: Then part it out bud, what are you waiting for? Why is it that it's been on craigslist for months? 9:55 PM
Me: oh didnt realize dec 13 was months, like i said, ebay is a shithole, and they take 15%-20% so id rather not sell it on ebay, and just do it locally, its really not hard to hit relist every 2 days on the 3 ads i have, but hey, bitch some more about my ad, clearly i have offended you by not selling it to you for less than its worth 9:59 PM
+19186055175: Its worth less than what i offered. I'm sorry to be the one to tell you the truth and you got all anal about it. eBay takes 10% of final sale value. List it on eBay please and send me every link to your listings so I can see them sell at the price you are asking for. Pleeeaaaaase.. Lol, have a good one 10:01 PM

    Pros:
    Received the item.

    Cons:
    Packaging wasnt the greatest.
    Small black dots on screen.
Slow replies to text messages, ( not sure how that happends )

Just wish he would have done a more thorough job of explaining the description of the laptop. Other than that it works fine.

  • Bought Gateway P-7811fx Gaming Laptop.

A15G was the Buyer on May 28, 2012 AnandTech

Laptop showed up with dead pixels, HDD bay door was not properly held down by the screws, only one was holding it down. Hard Drive had bad sectors, over heating (64'C+).

I offered to replace the HDD myself if he got FedEx to cover the screen OR just send the unit back for a full refund, but he chose to try and see if FedEx would cover the damage. After about a month (5/29-6/28) FedEx finally sends him a check and I get money to replace the screen.

I'd like to point some stuff out.

This man knows how to satisfy his customers. He doesn't give up nor does he make up excuses. He was trying his best to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. He is honest and respects me even though I got a little overboard at times because I was doubting him. Would like to say i'm sorry, and that no one should ever hesitate to deal with this man! For all the work he went through to make sure the problems were resolved, definitely a positive feedback.
