The price was favorable, the drive was a refurb and I understood the risks. GTDBZ1 ran diagnostics on the drive which passed. I recieved the drive and ran diagnostics; these also passed. I attempted to use the drive and it immediately failed. Diags failed as well. GTDBZ1 was very appologetic and paid for Advanced replacement from Seagate to get me a new drive. Now THATS service! HIGHLY recommended.
