dejanh went above and beyond through the entire exchange. Worked with me for CAD to USD prices. Excellent and thoughtful communication, tested and showed via screencaps that the HTPC was fully functional and capable and even warned me when he found out Netflix may have issues playing full HD. Shipped the next day and upgraded it too so I would get it sooner than expected and followed up with me a few hours after it was delivered to ensure I got it and it was in good shape. He also threw in an updated driver CD and instructions.
