Luke has got to be possibly the most patient and understanding guy I've dealt with to date. The poor guy had his card held up in AU customs for just over a month. During this time, he never bitched, complained, or freaked out. Granted it wasn't his nor my fault on the delay getting the card to his door step, but the process that we had to go though would piss any level-headed person off. I never for a second could have asked anybody to be as patient as understanding as him.
