Since it would cost too much to ship back the Blade 3D card, I simply offered to buy it back at a discounted price, which he kindly accepted. Also, he shipped to me a 40X cd-rom, even though he only guaranteed that he would give me a 24x or faster, nice!!! I would not hesitate to deal with Rob again. A+++

He promptly (within 5-10 minutes) replied to me, apologized, and offered to refund me and to cover the shipping costs to ship the processor back to him. I got my money back within an hour after I told him about the problem. John is a very honest guy, and unlike some, he will reply to your email quiet regularly. Overall, I had a positive experience with John.
