Had some issues on my end and he spent a lot of time communicating with me regarding that, shipped me another set of RAM to test, and remained polite. He remained willing to take the items back if the issues I experienced were the result of a hardware defect (Which it was not. I bent some pins in the CPU socket) even weeks after I received the items. Many sellers would not have been as communicative, patient, or considerate. I would not hesitate to purchase from him again, and would not hesitate to reassure anyone thinking of purchasing from him that he is an honest seller.
