The seller's communication was top notch; the longest reply took 8 hours (it was overnight). It was wrapped in a Cooler Master bag, in a flat rate USPS box. It arrived in perfect condition with virtually no wear even on the keyboard's box. The arrangement with the seller took less than 12 hours with most of the time being my fault. It was shipped the following Monday morning as the payment took place on the weekend. I'd happily trade with this user again.
