User brought to my attention that I had falsely advertised the product (I am not knowledgable about controller cards), and allowed me to remedy the situation. I offered a refund but instead he opted to receive a second card which I took a picture of for the cost of shipping. Thanks for understanding and letting me fix the situation - good communication!
