Godsmack

I bought two Xeon X5650 and a Tyan motherboard for $1700. When I received them, I found out that the CPUs were Engineering Samples. The problem was in the description which implies the processors are retail by posting retail prices but delivering engineering samples (no warranty too). The description fails to identify the hardware appropriately, thus baiting some buyers.
