Well, Kevin came through for me here. We cross-shipped and I got my replacement drive within a few days of sending mine out. For the ZIP drive, he even included a lot of ZIP disks and an extra parallel cable.

Something came up and he shipped the drive out late, however, he was honest and straightforward and told me that he knew it was his fault and that he would refund $10 for time lost. In my opinion, this deal went very well. A mark of a good trader is in his honesty and how he handles situations as this. He did it in stellar fashion. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Excellent deal. We both weren't sure of the exact specs of our RAM except we knew they did 100MHz fine. I got his (packaged great) and I tested it stable at 133MHz!! I'd deal with Michael anytime. He's one of the reasons AGN is the great place for hardware deals.
