Met Johann in person to complete the transaction. He took extra time out of his schedule to meet me in a spot convenient to me. When there was a discrepancy in what I purchased he offered to make it right, no questions asked. It was not a big deal to me the difference in the motherboard, but the difference to me was the way Johann communicated during the whole transition. That says alot. Will definitely do business with him again because it was a pleasure.
